These terms
These terms govern your use of the CoBroker website. They do not govern participation in a CoBroker mandate — that is dealt with in the project-specific co-mandate agreement signed by each developer and each participating property practitioner.
What this website is
This website is marketing material. Nothing on it is an offer, a mandate, a price list or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a binding obligation on CoBroker or on any developer or brokerage named on it.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate, but development pricing, availability and network composition change continuously. Always confirm current details with us directly before relying on them.
Intellectual property
The CoBroker name, mark and the content of this site belong to CoBroker (Pty) Ltd. Third-party brand marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify brokerages whose registered practitioners participate in the network.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, CoBroker is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
