CoBroker (Pty) Ltd (“CoBroker”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at cobroker.co.za and the co-mandate platform described on it. We are the responsible party for the personal information described in this policy, as contemplated by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”).
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, company, email address, phone number and anything else you type into our enquiry form.
- Information we collect automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring page) retained for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.
Why we process it
We process your information to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether CoBroker is a fit for your development or brokerage, and to keep records of our communications. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business — currently our website host (Netlify) and our email provider — and only to the extent needed. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for three years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Send any request to hello@cobroker.co.za and we will respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
