Bring your buyers.Keep your commission.

You’ve spent years building a database, a reputation and a client list. CoBroker gives you approved developer stock to sell into it.

No cold stock. No stale price lists. No commission arguments.

Why brokers join

  • Stock you can actually trust.

Pricing and availability come straight from the developer and update in real time. What you send a client is what’s true today.
  • Attribution that can't be argued with.

Every lead you introduce is timestamped and tied to a unit at capture. Entitlement is decided by the co-mandate, not by whoever shouts last.
  • Materials that are ready to send.

Approved brochures, renders, floorplans and price lists — versioned, compliant and branded correctly for every project.

What we ask of you

  • You are a registered property practitioner with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
  • You sign a project-specific co-mandate before you see the project.
  • You use approved materials only — no re-pricing, no unapproved incentives.
  • You introduce and qualify; the developer’s team closes.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no joining fee and no subscription. You are paid out of the developer’s flat fee when a unit you introduced is sold.
Do I still own the client relationship?
You introduce and qualify the buyer, and you remain the relationship owner. The developer’s internal sales team runs the final presentation and reservation as set out in the co-mandate.
