Who can get an account?
Property developers with a live or upcoming development, and registered property practitioners holding a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. We verify FFC status before approving broker accounts.
How long does approval take?
Usually within two business days. We’ll email you either way — if we need more information before approving, we’ll ask.
Does it cost anything to sign up?
No. There’s no joining fee and no subscription. Developers pay one flat fee per unit sold; brokers are paid out of that fee.
